Straight from the LA Motor show just 4 days ago this 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon report brings you right up to date with the details of the latest Wrangler. FTL filmed this report while speaking with the man himself Mark Allen, the guy who designed the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and range. There is plenty to talk about too as there are a lot of changes to the Jeep, including a quick action folding soft top. Plus for those who hope Jeep never does away with the fold down windshield, that is still there too. If you are into heaps of sunshine and fresh air you wont be disappointed.
The Jeep brand has come a long way since 1941, along with the reputation it earned during WWII. Back then it was known as an awesome off road vehicle – in comparison with what else was available at that time, and today is still recognised as the ultimate off road 4×4 especially in its price range. In fact there are few other makers of 4×4’s who, taken all round would equal or better the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon or its siblings.
Jeeps are now manufactured in 6 different countries with 10 separate manufacturing plants. Available in most countries, sales are said to be 1.4 million units per year. Not sure if that is Wrangler sales only with their numerous different models, or across the whole range. either way it is an impressive number.
As a side thought if off roading is an attraction, or fishing or any other open outdoor activity and you would like some aerial photos/video have a look at this site. Is a host of excellent reviews of drones of all sizes and prices many with cameras. There are some really good special deals here as well.
Is very interesting listening to Mark as he describes and demonstrates whats new.
Special thanks to the FTL crew and Mark from Jeep. Photos are video screen shots.
